沿革

History

1967年、それまで鉄専門商社だった大丸は、
鉄の多彩な可能性を独創的な発想で
現実的な付加価値に帰るメーカー、DAIMARUとして、
新たな道を歩み始めました。

turned its page by switching its activities over
to the production of steel products,
products of value realizable
by unique concept and variation in possibility.

1967	資本金400万円で東京都足立区千住に大丸鐵興株式会社を設立。
1969	埼玉県草加市に工場を全面移転。折からの大量輸送時代の担い手となったダンプカー及び海上コンテナなどの長尺材のプレス加工を実現し、低コストでの供給を開始する。
1971	当時、国内においては初めの試みである長尺厚鋼板（25×6,200mm及び25×8,000mmの2機連結稼働）の折り曲げを可能とする2連式2,500tプレスの導入を敢行。橋梁及び建設用の長尺部材の製作に挑戦して、絶大な威力を発揮する。
1979	境工場が稼働を開始。以後2年間は境・草加の2工場が平行稼働。
1983	2連式2,500tプレス完工稼働開始。折からの高層ビル建設の中、柱材・コラム材・プラント関連・照明鉄塔用長尺パイプ・橋梁等の大型部材の製造に絶大な威力を発揮する。
1995	多様化する受注範囲の拡大に迅速に対応すべく、深絞り及び打ち抜きを可能とする超大型5,000ｔプレスが完成。稼働を開始する。
1997	橋梁・プラント関連の組立作業の増大に対応すべく分工場を増設。溶接製缶などの作業を中心に稼働を開始する。
2002	建設機械カウンターウエイトの生産を本格開始する。
2003	自社ブランドSUSタンクを製造販売する。
2006	新工場　竣工。
2013	（公社）日本水道協会認証取得。
2014	ファイバーレーザー溶接ロボットシステム稼働。自社ブランド非常時給水タンクシステム「みずがめ君」製造販売開始。
2015	「みずがめ君」専用ホームページ開設。
2017	創立50周年を迎える。
2018	五面加工機　MVR-40Ex　稼働開始。
2019	五面加工機　MVR-35Ex　稼働開始。
2020	ISO9001:2015認証取得。
2021	自社ブランド「DAIMARU SUS TANK」装置型式指定の認証取得。
2022	3次元金属積層　LAMDA200　稼働開始。

1967	Foundation of company by Mr.Y.Ohta in Senju, Tokyo, with capital of 4 million Yens
1969	Transfer of plant to Souka, Saitama,in response to the production increase of structures for heavy duty lorries & containers for marine transport.
1971	First installation in Japan of double type 2.500t hydraulic press, for production of long & thick structures for bridge and building (8m long x 25 mm thick)
1979	Inauguration of Sakai plant(Souka & Sakai plants in parallel operation for 2 years
1983	Production start of double type 2.500t hydraulic press for long & thick structures for bridges, plants, towers and buildings.
1995	Installation of 5.000t hydraulic press for deep draw of large dimensioned plates.
1997	Inauguration of plant 2, transfer of welding process.
2002	Production starts of counter weight for construction machine.
2003	Production start of fuel tank made of stainless steel under own brand.
2006	Inauguration of new plant.
2013	(Public Corporation) Japan Water Supply Association certification acquired.
2014	Fiber laser welding robot system is in operation. Manufacture and sale of our own brand emergency water supply tank system “Mizugame-kun” started.
2015	Opened a website dedicated to “Mizugame-kun“.
2017	We celebrate our 50th anniversary.
2018	Started operation of five-surface processing machine MVR-40Ex.
2019	Started operation of five-surface processing machine MVR-35Ex.
2020	Obtained ISO9001:2015 certification.
2021	own brand「DAIMARU SUS TANK」obtained certification for device type designation.
2022	Started operation of　Metal 3D printer　LAMDA200.
